Terms and conditions

  1. Enabled London Ltd will be known as Enabled London in this document.
  2. Clients’ initial commission for Enabled Maps may make a first order of 1 enabled map only.
  3. enabled maps can only be ordered in batches of up to 5 maps on following orders.
    A standard enabled map is explained as the following: a standard template with text to introduce journey photographs and information of stages along a step-free route from agreed starting point and destination, with information about approximate length of journey in time and distance for able-bodied people and those with mobility impairments. Any additional information required by the client (i.e. accessible WCs, cafés etc along route, historical information, transport node information, contact details, time-bars, opening times, prices and concessions, over maps and so on) will be discussed at initial meeting and stated in Enabled London’s proposal.
  4. Clients wishing to commission an alternative template to those offered will provide a clear description of needs. Enabled London will provide a first draft and clients will have opportunity to request amendments (in full) within a fixed time of 2 weeks.
  5. Clients are requested to list amendments to the template final draft in the spreadsheet provided by Enabled London for this purpose.
  6. Once the template has been agreed upon by the client and Enabled London, any further amendments to the template will be negotiated and completed only at Enabled London’s discretion. Charges may be incurred for separate amendments outside of the template final draft, which will be discussed and agreed to by Enabled London and the client prior to the work being completed.
  7. During fieldwork Enabled London will assess suitability of step-free journey, gather photographs and essential information.
  8. Enabled London will then compile the enabled map and present as final draft to the client.
  9. The client will have opportunity to request final map amendments (in full) within a fixed time of 3 weeks. All amendments must be forwarded to Enabled London using the spreadsheet provided by Enabled London for this purpose.
  10. Final map amendments are categorised as ‘minor’ (i.e. spelling errors and text amendments) and ‘major’ (i.e. requesting image changes; additional image manipulations; changes to journey; etc). Major amendments and subsequent incurred charges will be discussed and agreed to by Enabled London and the client prior to the work being completed.

    Conditions
  11. These conditions are written to explain how Enabled London Ltd will provide a enabled map (PAM) service for the client. The conditions form the basis of the contract between Enabled London Ltd and the client. No client has the authority to alter these conditions in this document.

    Acceptance
  12. If the client accepts the PAM proposal that Enabled London has put forward, the client must provide a suitable purchase order. By signing the purchase order the client shows they agree to the following Enabled London Ltd terms and conditions, and will abide by them.

    Charges
  13. Charges for services provided by Enabled London Ltd are written in the proposal or quotation. Enabled London Ltd will state a sum that the client can expect the work to be completed with.
